Registration is open. The fee for registration in the Conference is 280 €. Student Registration carries a 40 € discount (240 €). Student Registration Fee is available only to students with official documentation showing their status.

The Regular and Student Registration Fee includes admission to oral and poster sessions, conference material, official reception, coffee-breaks, lunches and the Blues Concert. Accommodation and travel cost are not included. Additional fees will be required for excursion.

Venue and accommodation

The conference will be held at the “Hotel Reina Cristina”, Algeciras. The accommodation at this hotel can be booked through the conference website. Other options for accommodation are available in the area, but they should be arranged by yourselves.

Field-trips

A field excursion is planned on Saturday 20 to the main view points for birdwatching in the Strait. We also explore (depending on weather conditions) the offer of whalewatching. Prices of the excursions will be informed in following communications.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR FEES AND ACCOMMODATION

All cancellations must be sent to UNICONGRESS in writing (fax or e-mail)

1. ‣ 90% refunds are available up to 15 December 2009.
   

2. ‣ 50% refunds are available up to 15 January 2010.
   

3. ‣ After 15 January, cancellations are not entitled to any refunds.
